At Shop Interview Magazine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
